The other night I heard Aaron sobbing in his bed. I don't usually get him out after he's gone to bed, but I thought it might be nice to cuddle and rock with him a little bit. Especially since he doesn't let me do that very often anymore.
Well, I went into his room picked him up and carried him to his rocking chair. He carried 2 flamingo "Beanie Babies" with him to the chair. I settled in with him in my lap and got ready for some serious "mommy and Aaron cuddle time". I leaned in to give him a kiss and he took one of the flamingos, said "POINK!" and jabbed me in the eye with its beak! Then, he just started giggling! I was sitting there with my eye watering, thinking "I was completely conned!" So much for cuddle time!
