James got free hockey tickets for "Public Safety Night" so we took the whole family! A great time was had by all until the popcorn and ice cream ran out!

Shake Your Ramaca!

In Aaron's classroom at church there is a bucket full of musical instruments. I was trying to talk to one of his classmates and he kept shaking a "maraca" in my ear. I asked him if he could please stop doing that and he replied "But I want to shake the ramaca!" It was too cute!

Still Enjoying the Weedeater!

Aaron is still enjoying his weedeater. And as always, safety comes first!

P.S. I saw toy weedeaters in Target yesterday. They were about 1/3 of the price that Santa paid for that one!

Tiger VS. Bug!

The other day we were riding down the road and here is our conversation:

Aaron: Mommy?

Me: Yes, Bug?

Aaron: I don't want to be called "Bug" anymore. I want to be called "Tiger"!

Me: (trying hard not to laugh) "Okay. I'll try to remember to call you "tiger".

I guess "Bug" is just not a tough enough nickname!
